eternalscorner.com. Our team is committed to processing and delivering your order
as quickly and securely as possible throughout the United States.

Orders are processed only after payment has been successfully accepted and verified.
Business Days & Holidays
Orders are processed Monday through Friday (EST), excluding major U.S. postal holidays,
including New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day,
Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will begin processing on the next business day.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will also begin processing on the next available business day.
Shipping Carriers & Delivery
Shipping carriers may include USPS, DHL, EMS, and trusted local postal services depending
on destination and logistics availability.
Total Estimated Delivery Time:
1–2 business days handling + 4–9 business days transit time.
Most orders delivered within the continental United States arrive within
5–11 business days.

Order Tracking

into their systems. Tracking updates may not appear immediately after shipment.

Shipping Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues
Customer Responsibility
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate during checkout.
Eternalscorner is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs
caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address,
customers may be responsible for reshipping costs.
Forwarding or Redirection
If a shipment is redirected or forwarded after leaving our fulfillment center,
Eternalscorner is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage that may occur during transit.
Shipping Limitations
At this time, we do not ship to:

- Hawaii
- Puerto Rico
- Guam
- U.S. Virgin Islands
- APO/FPO addresses
- International destinations outside the continental United States
