Eligible Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective products
within 30 days from the delivery date.
Returned products must be in
new or slightly used condition,
with original tags and packaging whenever possible.
- Damaged or defective items
- Incorrect items received
- Products significantly different from the order description
- Non-defective items returned within the eligible return window
Non-Eligible Returns
- Items excessively worn, damaged, or altered after delivery
- Products returned outside the 30-day return window
- Items missing major components or accessories
Return Method & Fees
All approved returns are handled by mail.
- Return labels are included free of charge
- No restocking fees are charged
- Approved exchanges are processed at no additional return fee
How To Request A Return

- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for the return request
- Photos of the product if applicable
Our support team will review your request and provide
return instructions if approved.
Refund Processing
Once your return has been received and inspected,
approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
within 10 business days.
Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.
